Family with children Good choice for holidays

Had a good assortment of breakfast selections with a nice hot breakfast, and the room was larger than most. The bedding was fine but I also liked that the sofa bed gave us additional space for relaxation, unlike other hotels.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable, considering the space and comfort we got.

Great price and convenient to the Allen Center. Beds were great!

The hotel was located near to Dallas for work, the funeral home/cemetery, and shops, restaurants and easy access to FWY's. The staff was consistently courteous and pleasant at all times. Booked a room with breakfast included. The breakfast was satisfactory with a wide array of great food. The service was fantastic and the pool was good. Could use their ample parking.

Curiosity got me

I was impressed with the room's design during the ongoing remodeling. Ezben's dedication really stood out-he clearly takes pride in his work. With a prime location near outlet shopping, my family was well-accommodated. The breakfast could be improved, but the dark roast coffee was a nice perk! I'd definitely return for more exploring!

We really liked the location near to the outlet mall. We stayed here before and chose to stay again as the hotel was really nice and located perfectly for shopping

It was just a prime choice for a short stint in Allen with fantastic value for money. I was really impressed by how well the staff handled my lost garments. They really tried to help me locate them. If you're staying here, make sure to double-check your room for any personal items before leaving.

The location was perfect for our purpose. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was fresh and varied.

The hotel isn't close to too many attractions so you definitely need a car but it almost inside the shopping outlet so amazing shopping location. There was a taco place next to it which was open late.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Staff members were really nice too ensure our needs were met, contributing positively to our stay. The early morning coffee setup was a nice touch, great to start our day on a high note.

Breakfast hours did not always align with our schedule, making it challenging to find a convenient time to eat.

We were there for 3 nights, overall had a perfectly pleasant stay. There was good breakfasts with waffles, fresh fruit, hot oatmeal.

My experience was good with a spacious room and the staff were polite and helpful, making my stay stress-free while I enjoyed the nearby parks like celebration park and plenty of dining options just a quick walk away.

Spacious room and nice dark roast coffee, but the Wi-Fi was slow sometimes.

The hotel features a spacious lobby with comfortable seating, and my room was beautifully decorated and well appointed. I appreciated the walk-in shower, easy to access.
